What is AnkiBrain?
AnkiBrain is an add-on for Anki, the spaced-repetition flashcard app, that generates cards, explanations and summaries from your own material without leaving Anki.
What it does: paste a passage or a lecture note and it drafts question-and-answer cards, explains a concept at the level you ask for, and summarizes long text into reviewable points. It runs on your own API key, so you control the cost.
Worth knowing: because it is an add-on, you need Anki installed on a desktop — it does not work on AnkiMobile or AnkiWeb. And generated cards still need your review: a card that encodes a wrong fact is worse than no card, since spaced repetition will drill the error into memory.
